    怎样对待失恋

    4升华。不要把爱情看得过重。爱情固然在人生中不可或缺,但并非是人生的全部意义所在。人生如同一条长河,当你站在高处俯瞻其全部意义时,就会发现爱情不过是长河的一段插曲。

    5无私。无私就是为对方着想,让对方幸福。诗人普希金也曾经失恋过,但从他的诗中却能看到他博大的胸襟:

      但愿它不会再打扰你

      我也不想再使你难过悲伤

      我曾默默无语地、毫无指望地爱过你

      这种完全为对方幸福着想的无私,是极其崇高的情操。能做到这一  点,心理便能很快恢复平衡,痛苦也就自然减少了。
